When you call for technical support please have the following information available:
  • Name of the equipment (e.g. NEO, IntelliKeys, etc.)
  • Serial number (usually found on the back of the device).
  • If the equipment is used with the computer, the name and version of the operating system
  • Any error messages that is displayed, if applicable.

It is very helpful if you can have the device in hand when calling for assistance.
