Remote Session via TeamViewer

Please follow the steps below to install TeamViewer so we can better assist you with your issue.

  1. Please download TeamViewer QuickSupport and run it. It does not require installation or administrator rights.
  2. You will see a window with "Your ID" and "Password", both of which you need to provide to the person remotely assisting you.
  3. The person assisting you will connect and will be able to see your screen and control your computer.
