We're thrilled to introduce our newest team member, Emily Anctil-Lamarre!

Emily Anctil-Lamarre

Emily is stepping into the role of dedicated Account Manager for Quebec, the Atlantic provinces, and French-speaking clients in Ontario.  This is a significant milestone for us as we expand our support for Francophone communities across Canada and offer a designated resource for the Eastern provinces.

Emily brings a wealth of experience to Bridges. With a master's degree in speech-language pathology from Université de Montréal, she has helped diverse populations facing communication challenges as an SLP, at esteemed institutions like Institut universitaire de gériatrie de Montréal (IUGM), Montreal General Hospital (MGH), and Institut de réadaptation Gingras-Lindsay-de-Montréal (IRGLM).

In the last few years, Emily honed her skills at Shopify, a Canadian e-commerce platform, serving as a technological product specialist for their Francophone merchants.

Her background uniquely positions her to embrace her new role at Bridges, as well as understand and address the needs of our French-speaking customers.

In addition to her linguistic proficiency in French and English, Emily is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, enriching Bridges team diversity that already includes speakers of Farsi, German, Hindi, Gujarati, Cantonese and Russian among others.

Emily is deeply committed to leveraging technology to enhance accessibility and improve the quality of life for individuals with communication impairments or disabilities. She is eager to collaborate with schools, healthcare professionals, and organizations to promote the adoption of Bridges' products and services.

"At Bridges, our mission is to empower individuals with innovative assistive technology solutions regardless of their abilities, challenges and age, because we believe everyone can learn when offered the right resources" says Emily. "I'm honored to be part of a team that shares my dedication to making a positive impact".

Join us in extending a warm welcome to Emily Anctil-Lamarre as she embarks on this journey to enhance accessibility and inclusivity for the Atlantic provinces, Quebec and French-speaking communities across Canada!
