Tap into the energy and inspiration of your most engaged users. These sessions are for those who really want to make the most use of Boardmaker but perhaps haven’t had the opportunity to really dive in. Or for a user who is already pushing the boundaries of their current knowledge and skill level and are getting stuck.
Through pre-session inquiry and participants task lists attendees will gain new learnings that will overcome challenges and satisfy unique student needs.
The flexible agenda allows for participants to determine their own learning outcomes, so that by session’s end they’ll have ready-to-implement (and share) activities that they can take back to their classrooms and schools.

The research is clear that ALL students, including those with complex challenges, can learn to read and write, when a comprehensive approach to literacy instruction is prioritized and implemented. Increased literacy skills lead to increased communication, independence and autonomy.
Boardmaker 7's tools and activities can play an important part in developing these skills that are so essential for day-to-day living.
In this session we will discover the ready-made Boardmaker 7 curriculum resources that can deliver important opportunities to develop literacy skill for students with significant disabilities.
